Reservation Information

Our canoe reservations are based on 2 person occupancy. At least one of the occupants is required to be an adult, but the second person can be another adult, teen or a youth ages 3-10.


If the 2 person occupancy is based on 2 adults, up to 2 additional children can be added to a canoe reservation. On the day of the reservation, additional person canoe occupancy will be at the safety discretion of the CTG staff taking into consideration the Grand River water levels and flow rates.


All trips are self guided. You must be able to return your canoe, kayak or tubes with equipment back to Canoeing the Grand office starting point. An additional fee will be added if an unscheduled pickup is required. 


Paddle trip times listed are for estimate purposes. You may take additional time to complete your trip with the expectation you return to the office prior to posted closing times.


River guides are available upon request for an additional fee. 


If you require any assistance with your booking, please contact us by email and we will arrange a sales appointment with one of our staff.


As a client of Canoeing the Grand, we require printed waivers for each person in your group. We have provided our waivers online for you to download/print and complete prior to your arrival at Canoeing the Grand. This will help us during your check-in process.
